How do I request to join my school?

After you’ve created your account, you can request to join your school. 

1. On the ‘Find your School’ page, search for your school’s name and click on it. 

2. You’ll see a message that says  ‘Great! Someone is already using Closegap at your school!’.

3. Confirm by clicking on ‘Yes, This is My School and I Want to Request Access!’.

A request will be sent to the school-level admins on your school’s Closegap account and they can approve it. 

You will receive a ‘You’ve been approved’ email if your request is approved.

Note:

Double-check that you’ve input the correct school information and have selected the correct school.
