How do I prepare the Educator CSV template for uploading?

This is the template you’ll use!

Note: Please download and use our template here.

Don’t forget the column titles! 

All columns are required, except for prefix.

Prefix options include Ms., Miss, Mrs., Mr., Dr., and Prof.

Role options include School Support Staff, School Psychologist, School Counselor, School Administrator, School Social Worker, Teacher, SPED Teacher, District School Psychologist, District Administrator, Technology Administrator, and School Nurse.

Teacher and SPED Teacher have classroom-level access and the rest of the roles have school-level access. If you want to know more about access levels, click here.

When you’re done inputting your data, save as a .csv file and upload!
