FAQ
What are resources?
Resources are short, self-guided activities in Closegap that help you learn about yourself and build skills to handle challenges. Each one is designed to give you tools you can use right away -- like ways to manage stress, improve your mood, or feel more confident.
Some resources are recommended to you by an adult at your school, and others show up based on what you share in your check-ins.
How can resources support my wellbeing?
Resources give you quick ways to understand what you’re feeling and learn tools to handle challenges. They help you build confidence and feel more in control when things get tough.
Can I do a resource more than once?
Yes! You can revisit any resource at anytime to practice the skills or strategies it teaches.
What will my school see when I complete a resource?
Educators who recommend a resource to you at your school will see that you completed an activity that they recommended. Closegap will also notify your school in the event of a crisis alert indicating harm to self or others. Otherwise, your responses are completely anonymous.
