You must have school or tech-admin level access to customize check-in hours for your school.
By default, the check-in is available to students between 7:30am and 3pm in the time zone of your school.
- Log in to your Closegap staff account here.
- Click '
Manage' from the navigation menu on the bottom left-hand side of the page.
- On the Manage page, click 'CALENDAR SETTINGS' on the upper right-hand side of the page.
- In the School Year section, click the Clock icon in the 'Open check-in at' box and select a new time for the check-in to open for students.
- Then, click the Clock icon in the 'Close check-in at' box and select a new time for the check-in to close for students.
- Click 'UPDATE SCHOOL YEAR' to save your changes.
