- Log in to your Closegap staff account here.
- Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Dashboard.
- Click 'My profile.'
- Make updates to your account information as needed. You can edit:
- Honorific (e.g. Ms., Mr., Dr., etc…)
- First name
- Last name
- Password
- Phone number
- Birthdate
- Role
- Click 'SAVE CHANGES' when you're done.
Note: You can also view all schools associated with your account under My Schools. To add an additional school, click 'ADD SCHOOL' at the bottom of the list (see How-To Add a New School).
FAQ
My school email address changed. How can I update my email address in Closegap?
You're not yet able to update your email on your profile, but our team can make the switch for you! Submit a support ticket and be sure to include your current Closegap email and your new email address.
I support multiple schools in my role. Can I be connected to multiple schools?
Absolutely! Simply follow the directions here to send requests to join all of the schools that you support. If one or more of the schools that you support does not yet exist in Closegap, you should request to add the schools (see How-To Add a New School).
